Mommy Mentoring and Family Counselling

Ishtar Gabriel, Child and Family Therapist

Ishtar Gabriel, B.A., M.Sc., OACCPP
Child and Family Therapist,
Registered Psychotherapist

Mommies used to commune with their mothers, sisters, grandmothers and neighbours to gain wisdom, affirmation and insight into raising children, being a wife and becoming a woman—these days it is hard to find time to shower or use the washroom—let alone grab a coffee at the next door neighbour’s house.

A mommy mentor is a convenient, nonjudgmental, safe, easy and confidential way to share your mommy fears, worries, concerns, normalize your feelings while receiving validation, support and accurate information about anything from developmental milestones, baby blues, mommy guilt to transition back to work, marital strain and decreased sex drive. And if something is not on our list but on your mind we cover that too.

So give us a call at 905.515.2788 or book online.

There is NO NEED to do this alone.
